This was a nice stay… no real faults could be a little cleaner but was basic enough for my stay

It was close to our places of interest, it had a park nearby, big yard.

The garden could use a sunbed or a swing (it's a big green yard and it's a pity you can't stay more outside and enjoy the fresh air), the door to access the yard should be repaired, it doesn't smell very good when you enter the house (i'm guessing it's because of the rug, so it should be ventilated more often).

Comfortable bed and settee. Good size tv. WiFi was good.

Stain on bottom of sheet. Lid wouldn't open on kettle.

All rooms were as shown on photos. Space, I had enough room to work and exercise too. Tea, coffee and sugar was available. Bathroom was clean, and kitchen.

Noisy neighbours - being a semi-detached house, on 1 night it was very noisy, as next doors TV was exceptionally load when sleeping upstairs. Could have vacuumed the carpets, as dirt on the floors. Outside, parking the car, the pavement was very muddy, so I was constantly bringing in mud, so had to wipe shoes constantly, not dragging in mud into the house. even though house seemed clean, there were cobwebs everywhere, in corners, on ceiling. Just needed a deep clean.

Good parking, comfy and clean. Easy resolution with the host after a check in problem due to booking.com
