If it was clean microwave was dirty fridge was filfy kettle was filfy the hole flat was covered in dirty finger marks and spill marks every cutlery in drawers were filfy I had to clean toilet sink and shower before I could use it not acceptable filfy place I have every booked

It's alright. Furnished with stuff that other people have thrown out, by the look of things

Nice place to stay, great value for money! There where 6 of us and didn’t feel crammed at all good space and good facilities:)

Unfortunately, contrary to expectations, our time spent here started as a nighmare and remained thoroughly disappointing. We arrived at ..... around 4pm and were met by the shabby worn out appearance of the apartment and its environs which was not representative of the pictures being used online. The carpet in the hall way and leading into the apartment 5 were shabby and unkempt. There were broken furniture in the living room (coffee table). We were met by the pungent heavy smell of cheap perfume and it was evident that this had been sprayed throughout the rooms. It was not clear if this was to disguise other smells. On getting into the apartment and whilst changing for our function, the TV was found not to be working, therefore unable to entertain the children. We subsequently went out for our function, arriving much later into the night to loud partying noises and shouting from apartment 3. In addition to this, the hallway and our apartment were filled with cigarette smoke as well as a pungent smells. The children and adults were unable to sleep due to these and we had to contact the owner/ employees a few times before our complaint about the noise level and smoke were resolved. Whilst trying to go to sleep, we discovered that a couple of the bedsheets seemed unclean and unkempt (with hairs on them) and these were also worn inside out. It was not clear if this was a mistake or a deliberate attempt to hide away evidences of these being used bed linens. The duvet in one of the duvet covers was so worn out and unkempt and had dried leaves and rubbish stuck on them as though picked up from a dump. We tried making toast for the children but we were met with a rusty and mouldy toaster. For the amount paid for this accommodation over £300 for a night, the experience was totally disappointing and ruined what was meant to be a memorable weekend in Newcastle for us and our children. Absolutely filthy, looked nothing like the pictures advertised. Dirty bed sheets hair in the bath, even the cups in the cupboard weren’t clean. I stood on a piece of glass in the bedroom would’ve been understandable if it were cheap but it cost £202 for one night! In such a rough area aswell and no where near city centre . Wouldn’t recommend
