Westgate Apartments

The room was very nice and had everything we needed for one night. When we arrived the previous guests had not left when they were supposed to, but the owners quickly found us another location that was nice and accommodating.

The area wasn't great. We had 2 Uber drivers tell us to not go out at night because it wasn't a good neighborhood. Personally we had a very good experience, but that is just what was told to us.

It was dirty through and through you canny upload videos here only pictures, there were used wet tea backs inside the canisters, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned out it had other peoples dead skin and hair still in the bath along with the last persons shower gel that hadn’t been removed. There was dirt dust and just nastiness in the draws, the kitchen was a state, hadn’t been cleaned from the previous people. It stunk and I mean stunk of weed. No one was bothered the manager was supposed to contact me on the Monday but never did. I gave them plenty of opportunity to rectify their mistakes and they haven’t. We weren’t offered a cleaner nor a different place to stay or a refund by the people who greeted us they weren’t bothered and wasn’t helpful in the slightest. Thankfully we found a hotel with space for us all not too far away, on our own I might add. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews but honestly you need to change how you deal with people and also make sure the apartment is ready for the next guest.

Probably get diseases from it. Absolutely disgusting. Staff were not welcoming at all. Private office was wide open and stunk of weed. Draws filled with crumbs and hairs. Microwave had mouldy food in. Didn’t stay in there more than 5 minutes. VILE. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PLACE!. DO NOT BOOK HERE!. The place was absolutely stinking, stains all on the walls, pillows, blankets, bath was moldy, doors were falling off and all scratched, lock was like a bathroom lock would of easily been broken into. I spent nearly £500 to stay at this place and couldn’t even stay there one night it was that bad. The apartment wouldn’t answer us and the manger has been refusing to speak to us and ignoring us. We’ve tried getting a refund and they’re only agreeing to 50% yet we couldn’t even stay there one night due to no fault of our own. The area is supper dodgy, and really scruffy. It was absolutely freezing in there and the radiators were not even working. And a random bunk bed in the living room ???!!.worst place you could possibly imagine.DO NOT BOOK i cannot stress this enough !
