Great apartment, very close to the train station and a fab pub next door. Will definitely book again

Apartment of good quality, exactly like photos. Everything clean and linen (towels/bedding) all provided, as well as coffee sachets and tea bags. Area feels nice and safe, pub owners downstairs very friendly and the train next door takes you into Lime Street within 15 minutes. Walk 5 mins past the train station and you'll find a lovely town centre perfect for grabbing breakfast.

Check-in instructions were not 100% clear so I called the number and spoke to a very helpful member of staff: you must have a card on file with Booking.com and send over pictures of ID of ALL guests before the door and parking codes are released - fine for us, but could be explained better in booking process. Very bright street light that shines into living room and blinds do not block the light, so difficult to get a good night sleep on the sofa bed despite it being comfy. Be wary if staying a Fri/Sat night as music from pub below is quite loud until 11pm/12am.

Light and airy. Modern, nice area even though above a pub.

Just a note to say hot water very very hot maybe put a sign to make people aware

Very nice set up inside, lovely shower, very comfy

The getting in and trying to receive emails with codes was a nightmare, sat outside property for over half an hour waiting and on phone trying to sort.
