The Queens Arms Apartments

The location was perfect for me at the time. Car park space was a bonus. The pub below.

The bed was like sleeping on a bag of potatoes, had to work all week with a stiff back.. The sofa is probably worse.. The codes were a pain and if you lose your phone or it runs out of charge you're in trouble.. The facilities to cook and clean up after yourself were extremely limited with a sponge to clean the dishes that you wouldn't clean your boots with wasn't good at all.. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know.

Handy for train into Liverpool

The noise from the pub below until 3am loud music playing. No double glazing people out side pub talking shouting until early hours. They also took £150 deposit extra out of my account which is like a cover for damages, normally this shows pending for 5 days but was actually taken! Had to chase up to get my refund. Wont be staying again very disappointing.

Very clean and smart apartment made a nice change from a hotel room .

Parking easy and guaranteed spot no keys which again is good .

New, clean, excellent location.

Difficult access and difficult, switchboard type, impersonal phone communication. No direct communication with host. Minimal instructions for using heating, so 1st night was cold. New, so some missing lightbulbs & no cleaning clothes. Poor, limited TV provision. Pay to view and no live TV programmes.

Modern and well equipped apartment with easy access and free parking.

Directly above a very noisy pub with live bands playing until 11.30 pm. Dozens of patrons outside singing, shouting and smoking until after midnight. Very bright LED floodlights outside and directly above the bedroom window lighting up the room all night even with the blinds closed. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in.
