I think its about time the shower was sorted as the shower head was held up with electrical tape which dropped mid shower and was not good as i spent quite a while mopping water from the floor ,the whole place needs some time and yes MONEY spent on it from the windows the blinds to the bathroom !! It won't be long before the main door to the property falls apart ,the lock is in need of replace or repair !!

The location is excellent, central to everything you could possibly want or need. The accommodation is spacious, if a little tired.

Brilliantly positioned within the town (on one of the few flat areas!) with a parking space directly outside the door. Cheap and cheerful accommodation. The shower was powerful and easy to control, which was welcome after a two hour walk on Dartmoor. There was a deep, corner, bath as well that looked good but wasn't tried.

Some things within the property looked a bit tired where they hadn't been looked after by previous occupants, some repairs were evident but the property was very clean. We are used to a kingsize bed with a super-kingsize duvet so found the double bed and duvet a bit small for our liking.

Very well located. I minute walk to the quay and centre. Parking space was essential. The flat was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Ideal stay in a lovely location.

Having utensils and crockery in the kitchen was really useful. Shower had good pressure. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, and the apartment was nice and warm.

The WiFi wouldn't connect, despite the password being provided. Having one or two basics like tea or coffee in the kitchen would be a nice extra touch.
