"Paid almost £300 for one night - extremely disappointed at the standard and quality of apartment."

Location was good

Appalled at the cleanliness of the apartment - dishes were dirty, sheet for sofa bed clearly had not been washed as it smelled damp/of urine. Bathroom, kitchen, windows and sills grubby and dirty. Dead bug in one of the beds when we pulled the duvet back. Beds not fit for purpose - sofa bed completely broken. One of the single beds was dipped in so far down in the middle we couldnt use it. Finish of the apartment was very poor. Supposed to be newly refurbished but if that is the case it was to a very low standard. Blinds broken, holes in the walls etc. Windows extremely unsafe as they open out like a door. Blind cords hanging down with no where to hang them - safety hazard for children. The host has been incredibly rude and dismissive of our feedback.

Pearl was incredibly helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to accommodate us. Very kind lady. The shower was excellent, the kitchen was great, very well equipped for our needs. The location is excellent. I have faith that if we had issues, the hosts would have helped us no problem. Amazing location.

The sofa wasn't comfortable for me but I have a lot of chronic back pain, my husband was happy with the sofa. That's my only small issue

"What a location & view from Windows."

Location was fab for us with 3 little kids. Was very tidy and clean. My 4 yr old daughter told me were I could sit and do my makeup she was impressed ☺️

Lots of stairs.. even inside the apartment, No microwave (would have help sort baby bottles) one wall we noticed the paper was comeing away from the wall. (Right beside sofa only reason was noticed) one window didn't have a windowcil and rest did in living area perfect otherwise. These are just little things as we were here. With 3 kids Under 4. If a travel cot could be provided for future would just make staying with little kids that little bit more relaxed.
