Sea Coast Apartment by Seaside Llandudno

Great location 4 minutes walk to the beach and pier, great for a central stay. The kitchen appliances were all good new quality and the bathrooms were clean.

Property needs some TLC, walls were stained everywhere and the carpets were worn.

Good location and clean apartment, good to have two rooms and two bathrooms.

The overhead cupboards in the kitchen were too high for some to reach anything other than low shelf.

The apartment was as depicted in the pictures, clean, spacious, and lovely. It is easy to find, and entry instructions are clear. The bottle of wine and cookies are an absolutely wonderful way to welcome guests.

While the water crisis (burst underground water pipe impacting area) was not caused by the owners, they offered no help and redirected me to booking.com They had a duty of care as having no water for ablutions, etc, is a health and safety hazard as they kept the business open during the crisis despite communication from myself. The heating is intermittent even after turning it on.

It is in a really good position, just a 5 minute walk into the center and a 10/15min walk to the North side beach, so you won’t need to move your car unless you go further afield. Located on a main road but not too noisy. It had everything I needed and some nice touches ( wine and biscuits). I brought my dog along and found lots of dog friendly cafes (especially Tiffiney’s cafe around the counter). A home from home and very spacious. I would definitely recommend.

The only thing I could pick up on is the need for a recycle bin as recycling is a big thing here and I wasn’t sure where the recycle bins were (lots of general waste bins though). But this isn’t a negative reflection of the property. Parking is quite difficult but it does get quieter in the evening after all the main visitors have gone so you could move it closer in then.

Good centralised location Easy accessibility to train station Bedding was comfortable Property owner supplied a bottle of wine and Jaffa cakes which were a lovely gesture. Communication with property owners was excellent and responsive.

The heating was not very optimised. Some nights we were unable to sustain heating well, but this could also be contributed by cold and windy weather during our stay. Kitchen and dining areas were a bit small and narrow, otherwise facilities were adequate.

Location was great. Nice apartment with two bathrooms. Very quiet

There was no welcome information so we had to guess the heating etc . Also really small thing but no coasters and so we were concerned the tables could have been damaged.

Breakfast wasn't provided. The location was very good.

Nothing really. Enjoyed my time there.

Stairs inside property to upstairs flat a little noisy especially at 2am in their kitchen too
