Excellent location. Gorgeous and well equipped flat. Really nice place to stay. Lots of lovely and welcoming touches.

The steps to the mezzanine bed were too tricky for the four year old.

I liked how close it was to the city centre, the modern features eg the bathroom lights on the mirror, the smart tvs, the colour palette in the kitchen was nice, complimentary bottle of wine, extra supplies was a nice touch

The old furniture in the main lounge, couch was uncomfortable, the creaking bed, the thermostat wasnt stable , heating kept stopping, cot bed was left open.. it shouldve been closed or packed away.

Excellent location, very clean and nicely furnished and with everything that we needed. Good space for 2 adults and 2 children.

It would be helpful to have recycling bins labeled as was unsure where to put it?

Location, close to everything.

Noisy neighbours, fighting and swearing.

Detailed instructions were given for the front door lock (numbered) and the key to the apartment (lock box). Apartment very clean and welcoming. All amenities required were available. Excellent location with a very short walk to the beach and a shop virtually across the road.

The steps to the apartment can get slippery when it rains. It had rained when we checked in and it was raining on the day that we were checking out.
