Sea Coast Apartment by Seaside Llandudno

Pros Good communication from the owners though some may find it a bit too much!! Very central easy to park Nice showers rooms albeit very small

Cons Much smaller than it looks on booking pictures Bed in room with tv was really uncomfortable and creaked every time we moved Towels were far too small - we bought our own It did look a bit tired and scruffy ? They have tried to go for a mix and match but it doesn’t work Lots of marks on walls Fireplace is awful needs replacing It’s a bit off putting having dirty laundry bags strewn across the hallways if your aiming for a five star experience Gaps in laminate flooring Lastly you can hear everything that is going on in the upstairs apartment so it made us really conscious that those below us could which really spoiled our time Definitely not 5 star and we paid £783 for 2 nights Would not return but we still love Llandudno

We had a lovely stay! And for a few days it was really our home away from home😊 we had everything we needed, very comfortable and cosy place, excellent location as well. Will defenely recommend. /the photos i am attaching are made when we were living so its a bit messy/

Great location in town, modern facilities, very clean and team were helpful.

Strong smell of bleach when we first entered the property which took a while to clear. A wee bit cool in the evenings in the bedrooms (we stayed in Feb).

Great location, close to the beach, restaurant and shops and a really handy Londis over the road. Plenty of parking outside. The bedrooms were spacious and comfy. The whole place was immaculately clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The owners were responsive and you can tell they’ve tried to make it a home from home.

Clean, nice location and ground floor access.

Beds aren’t great to sleep on. The bedroom with the en-suite is difficult to get around as it has a huge ladder in the room. En-suite is also very tight.

Good location, apartment was warm

Thought there should have been more chairs in the lounge. Apartment now a little tired, carpets seen better days, mould around the shower seal, no toilet lid on one of the toilets and debris in the sofa folds. For what is advertised and priced as 5 star accomodation this fell a little short. Also, apartment is advertised with 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, this led me to believe there would be 2 en-suite bedrooms. There is 2 bathrooms and only one bedroom is en-suite.

Great location really close to shops

Loft bedroom difficult to get up there unless you were a child
