The host was supportive and friendly. She even got us a discount on the Ferry. Everything was really good. We loved it!

Nothing to complain about. There was a small leak which the host let us know in advance about. The kitchen was a little cold but they had extra electrical heaters in the siting area.

Location is ideal. Flat is bright and cheery. Very comfortable.

No instructions for the heaters, couldn't turn them off.

Ideal location and free parking just outside the door. Only does not get total maximum because there is no outside sitting space - but there is big grassed area just a few yards away. Apartment very clean, all facilities good, comfy bed. On quiet corner but v near shops, beach etc.

Great location in Ventnor. Marjella was excellent at communicating, offering us ferry discount and making sure we were comfortable. Comfy beds and lovely bright sitting room. Great extra bed for child too. Very clean and well decorated.

location to the beach was excellent. The lounge in the property is light and airy.

property has a feeling of some damp in the entrance hall. The bathroom is in need of renovation very dirty including dirty toilet brush on arrival which is hard to remove from container. Shower cubicle fills with water the drain needs to be cleaned, cubicle is very dirty. Kitchen has aged appliances including sink. Carpet in entrance lounge and bedroom need to be cleaned.

It was a perfect place. Clean, comfortable, convenient. Host was super friendly and helpful. A great place to stay!
