"Very central cottage, ideal for York visitors"

Excellent location, very central but yet quiet. Many restaurants very close by. The Kalpakavadi restaurant serves excellent south Indian food. This is a nice apartment / cottage, obviously very old building but nicely renovated.

The kitchen did not have a dishwasher and the wifi was not really stable in all rooms. I believe the washing machine should be replaced with a dishwasher.

The cottage was clean

We did not know that the upper level leans quit a lot to the left. My friend felt sick walking up and down the stairs. Also the river was solid green algae, no flowing river. I have bad lungs and it was not good for me. Also the kitchen sink was very slow and had a smell coming from it.
