The house was really convenient for the station, but in a quiet area. The house had all that we needed, the beds were comfortable and the house was warm.

Very comfortable and clean. Beds and extra pillows etc provided. Kitchen has everything you would need, with tea and coffee.

Shower was poor, no power, needs improving.

Excellent property overall. Dedicated parking was really good to have. Very comfortable and spacious. The only thing stopping 10/10 is the lack of steaming service on the TV and I would advise the owners to get this in.

"Great host, really well-appointed, worth every penny!"

We took Parkway House on a longer term rental of about 10 weeks this summer/autumn whilst we were having renovations done on our own home. So we therefore knew the area extremely well already, but did need to be within easy access of motorways for commutes to work. And we needed 3 bedrooms for when our children were visiting. Parkway House is extremely well-appointed and very, very clean & tidy - it really is like the marketing photographs! Downstairs there is a small lavatory, a very well-appointed kitchen with a jolly good sized fridge-freezer and a washer/drier, and a little welcome pack with tea/coffee/hot chocolate. There is a spacious siting/dining area which is south facing, so gets lots of light. There is also plenty of storage space under the stairs. Upstairs there is one master bedroom and two single bedrooms and a shower room - all immaculately clean. The absolute game changer here, as we were there for a long period, was a weekly laundry service, meaning we didn't need to wash bedding or towels. The back garden is a jolly good size and in August had sunshine from morning til night, and there is a washing line. There is one parking space at the front of the property in front of the garage which is super helpful, as being so close to the train station, there are weekday restrictions for parking on the road (though very manageable). Fortunately we didn't have any concerns or issues over our 10 weeks, but on the odd occasion we did check in with the host, he was extremely attentive and responded quickly.

It was comfortable and close to the train station. Very clean and everything provided was of great quality. Richard, the host, was in contact quickly whenever we asked any questions. Would def recommend this accommodation if visiting Bristol
