The house is a bit warm

Location was good 👍 very central for Old Portsmouth , Gunwharf , ferry to Isle of Wight

It was noisy especially at night but that was due to location

Good size rooms. Great that they provide towels and bedding. Excellent communication from the host. Parking was paid for.

It is on a very noisy road so we couldn't keep the windows open at night.

From the moment of booking the staff were brilliant! Really great communication and so helpful. The location of the apartment was also perfect as everything was very close by.

The apartment itself is a little rough around the edges if you look closely enough. Most of the cupboard doors weren’t on straight, one of the bedroom doors was a bit tricky to close, there were marks all over most of the walls, there were some spots of black mould in the bathroom, the toilet didn’t flush properly unless you held the button down and waited for the cistern to completely empty and there was a lot of faffing on our first morning trying to get the hot water to work. It seems most of the maintenance appeared to be a bit slapdash as there were holes in the walls in places where pipe work was located, rather than finished off nicely and covered up.

Best location.

Cleanliness could be improved. The wooden board in front of the bathtub suddenly fell out.
