"Perfect!"

The apartment was lovely. It is ideally situated to just walk into town. Was a lovely, cosy, clean apartment and I would not hesitate to recommend. The owner met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know.

Nothing. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vikings apartment. They accommodated us at the very last minute. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed and was in the perfect location in central York with private parking behind a gated area. The apartment was on ground level which teamed with the parking right outside was perfect for us as we certainly weren’t travelling light with our baby! We visit York often so know where we will stay from now on. Oh and the bed was super comfy!

Excellent location. Spacious, modern apt, well furnished.

Some maintenance required on a couple of doors and a few other minor things. Quality of bed linen could be improved, pillow protectors and new mattress cover needed.

Location, Privacy, Parking and pleasant hosts to communicate with.

The bed in furthest bedroom could be deeper, softer for comfort. I noticed this was previously mentioned in feedbacks.

"Loved York but disappointed with the apartment"

The location was excellent

Incorrect street address. No one on site to hand over as advertised Bad mould smell in main bedroom, unable to work shower in main bedroom on suite Shower screen very dirty seal in bathroom . Hard to contact owners to gain access. Told to not wear shoes in property, even though the floors were not carpeted and cold . Beds very firm and uncomfortable. Very small towels not suitable for drying down after washing. All cups chipped.

"So close to everything yet so peaceful"

Perfect for our weekend to see the Xmas market. Location was ideal - amazingly quiet especially when it was only a short walk from the centre of York which was manic and noisy . Parking right next to apartment made it very convenient when packing and unpacking our luggage and shopping. Host met us at the apartment and made us feel very welcome.
