Free Parking is very good and convenient if you have a Car! Location is Amazing. Apartment was Clean and Comfortable!

It needs some basic maintenance! Also appliances and equipment in the kitchen were a little poor.

Absolutely nothing

Lack of communication. Arrange arrival time - it’s not ready! Place is not clean. Mould in both showers. No real towels. Doors damaged and patched to point of en-suite door does not properly close. En-suite shower doesn’t work. Runs scalding hot only. Broken glass on dining table. Radiators hanging off walls. Open electric sockets. Shower heads filthy. Stained bedding. Parking space does not belong to property, liable for ticketing when using. Property address is incorrect. Property is in a student area (would have been great to be told!) large amount of noise at night. Road is disgusting with litter.
