Great location almost in the heart of the city Easily accessible with the added bonus of car parking (although not required for our stay) Decent apartment , fairly spacious . Good sized rooms and bathrooms . All the facilities you would need , kitchen , fridge freezer, utensils, crockery , pots/pans washing machine , iron, hairdryer etc Comfortable seating area with tv/ media wall WiFi was easy to access

We found the pillows to be either too hard or too flat so maybe some new ones would be nice The rear patio seating area is essentially in the car park and overlooked by other flats so was put off from using that , otherwise not much else A bit disappointed having paid for the apartment to then be told to pay a damage deposit when that should be stated on the booking prior to payment . Communication with owners was very vague Eventually received my deposit back 3 days after our stay

The property was lovely and in a good location, the WiFi was strong the manager was quick to respond and very polite. Would highly recommend

The heating was not strong enough for the apartment. It was a very cold night that night.

Great location

Couldn't park before check in so had to find somewhere else to park for a few hours. Pictures lead us to believe we had river views but we didn't . Apartment very cold even with the heating on. Needed a deep clean in places Towels are provided but I'd suggest to take your own. Overall a great apartment and would book Again.

The apartment was absolutely lovely and clean. The secure parking was great, very good location we will definitely stay again and recommend the apartment to everyone 5 stars 👍

Kitchen wasn’t well equipped- well used items need replaced - microwave needs replaced - lampshade in main bedroom too low - door handle on bathroom hanging off - bin in kitchen needs replaced

The host did not show up he sent someone else a cleaner I presume , who was in the property when we arrived and kept us waiting 30 mins outside before he let us view the property

The smell In the flat was horrendous and disgusting . The place does not look like the photos . We did not stay in the property as the smell was utterly disgusting the whole place stank. I’ve never smelled anything so bad in my life . I said to the cleaner what is this awful smell he said I’ve been cleaning this place for 3 hours maybe it’s coming from the hoover ? . I said I can’t stay here and he said fine contact booking . Com for a full refund . £250 I paid for one night . Then when got in touch booking . Com said he’s declined my refund ? Do not stay here . We didn’t it was that bad and the owner has declined my refund .
