Modern Riverfront Apt. 10 mins from Hydro/SECC

Location was fine and the apartment was spacious.

The bathrooms had not been properly cleaned and when we reported the dirty toilets we were promised cleaners would come to remedy the situation the following day and this did not happen. The sofas were uncomfortable. The coffee machine ‘exploded’ coffee grounds all over one of the people staying. Also. The key had to be collected and dropped off from a shop 20 minutes away from the apartment. This was an issue for some of our party who had large bags with them. The arrangements for key pick up and drop off were not obvious in the details when we were looking at booking the apartment.

Brilliant location.

It was a bit rough around the edges could do with a spruce up and a deep clean.

Convenient for city and West End

Close to hydro as were down for a concert it was really handy.

Location was good and off road parking

Wasn’t the cleanest bed was broken tv not working fridge was stinking of a sour smell just not what we expected for the money was supposed to stay till Monday but left Sunday morning as we didn’t get much sleep on a broken bed! To be fair the owner communicated well and wasn’t happy with her cleaners and had no issue refunding us in full

Spacious.

Wasn’t clean and really needs a makeover. All the walls were marked, showers didn’t drain, kitchen smelt bad and fridge smelt like stale/off milk.

Uncomfortable and Poorly Managed Stay Unfortunately, this apartment was a huge letdown. The windows didn’t open and the fans barely worked, so it was extremely hot with no fresh air. One of the beds was broken — the springs poked into my back, so I had to sleep on the sofa instead. The fridge wasn’t working either, which was a major inconvenience. Key collection was awkward and unprofessional, requiring us to go to an off-licence to get it from someone . Parking was confusing too — the assigned space (66) was already reserved for a different number plate. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend it.
