The location of the property is very good and the instructions sent by the host were useful and clear

The technical condition of the premises is poor, flooded ceilings, damaged floor, photos on the website do not correspond to what the apartment looks like. This place requires a deep cleaning when it comes to floors and furniture. The apartment smelled of cigarettes, please smell the curtains in the living room and the blanket in the living room and you will feel it. After reporting to the host that the TV remote control was missing from the apartment, I was asked to look for it, but no one bothered to provide it.

They want to charge me for damages, when I did not cause them and they ask me for it 3 days after I leave the accommodation, it is totally false, it is assumed that after I leave the apartment a person from the cleaning department goes, if they notice any damage they should notify me the same day or the next day, but not within three days, so I do not accept payment for anything, you are going to have to scam someone else.

The location was convenient for traveling to the city. From the pictures, I was under the impression that we would have a quay view; however, that was not the case. The rooms were clean and spacious

It wasn't clean. Slimy grease over everything, we could draw on the glass table with our finger. But not only the cleanliness also the overall quality. Rotting doors and door frames, holes on the walls, carpet and furniture, dirty/patchy walls and ceiling. And the wet smell. We had to leave it and quickly find another place to stay. We tried to get in contact with the owner, she was surprised and argued that 2 cleaners worked 3 hours on the cleaning - like it could be measured in hours. In general it is not what you want to experience on your vacation. We did not get any refund, so we lost all the money.

Location is great with ideal parking spot below the apartment.

Some of the furnishes could be updated but that’s being very critical.
