Modern Riverfront Apt. 10 mins from Hydro/SECC

Spacious apartment not too far from the city centre.

Fridge/kitchen could be cleaner. Also, there were stains on the kitchen ceiling.

the flat was a good size , warm, one bed was comfortable the other not so much . En-suite was was nice , the large window gave a good view across the other side of the city and was very convenient for SEC , also on a bus route .

The second bedroom mattress was lumpy. All pillows were very flat , which could cause a problem with some people, a choice of thickness would be preferred. The main bedroom had poor window blind, it was broken and didn’t cover the window . Both rooms did not have curtains only blinds - curtains would be better and block out more light for those who prefer it . There did not seem to be many large plates and one was cracked . We could not use the dishwasher as the rubber seals would not stay on and allow the door to shut properly. Some of the mugs were chipped too. The shower room in the main bedroom had long hairs on the floor and in the shower . Instruction leaflets for the appliances in the kitchen and the TV , would have been helpful. In the main bedroom the floor area of the wardrobe was used as a storage area for items not being used in the flat or were broken , this in turn prevented me storing my case on the floor . The coat hangers were sparse and half of them broken . All of the door stops needed replacing as they were flat and broken . There was a continual humming all the time which actually could keep you awake , coming from the cleaning cupboard and the water was boiling hot to the extent you could burn yourself, I would guess there’s a problem with the thermostat. New radiators had been fitted but the old holes and repainting not done yet .

Excellent checking in instructions. Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Very comfy beds and sofas. Very peaceful, no neighbourly noise. Plenty of toiletries and towels. Reserved parking slot.

Lift wasn't working but everything else was fab.

Location good for Hydro and city centre. Spacious, quiet, well appointed. Check easy, parking on site very useful.

Toilet in main bathroom soiled, not cleaned, we had to clean it before use, not acceptable. We let management company know, they apologised. A marked and dirty towel, presumably from the previous occupier was left hanging on the bedroom door, not nice. Light switch to ensuite loose and gave my husband a shock when he touched the metal plate. We let management company know about the last 2 points, no reply but maybe because it was a weekend.

The location was perfect for my trip to the Scottish Event Campus, as it was only a leisurely 10-minute walk away. The apartment was beautifully decorated, with clean and comfortable furniture and bedding. The placement of the appliances was well thought out, and the kitchen and dining utensils were complete. The washing machine, which also had a dryer function, was especially handy for our laundry needs. The two bathrooms were spacious, and the bathroom fixtures were new and clean. The constant supply of hot water provided much-needed relief after a long day. Each room, including the hallway, had heating, making it warm even when the outdoor temperature dropped to -2°C. There is a soundproof door between the bedroom and the kitchen/living room, so doing laundry or watching TV won't disturb the person resting in the bedroom. The WiFi username and password are written on the back of the door, but since the door is usually open, it's not easy to notice. It's recommended to put a sign next to the TV so that everyone won't try to flip the WiFi access point over and accidentally break the cable. When I arrived, the WiFi cable was broken, and the aluminum foil inside caused a short circuit between the center conductor and the outer mesh conductor. After a slight repair, it can be used, but to ensure the quality of the connection, it is recommended to find a professional technician to remake the connector.

had everything we needed, fabulous position, amazingly speedy contact from the owner, we felt looked after, will definitely stay again

The location was good and having a private parking spot was nice within a city like Glasgow. Beds were decent and the kitchen had functioning equipment to cook things. Having a lift was very useful and there was a coop right below us so we didn't have to walk far when we wanted to eat in.

Some areas of the house were not very clean with cobwebs in the corners. kitchen utensils such as oven trays were sticky with grease and this extended to some surfaces. The mirror in one of the bedrooms had a crack in it. One of the radiators in the living room didn't work either. Also would wish for the directions of the keybox location to be made a little clearer as we were on the wrong rail for a while wondering why the box wasn't opening. Another option would be to add something to make your keybox more dinstinctive from the others. Like add a unique sticker or draw something on it, just something that makes it stand out a little.

Poor lighting, unworkable, kitchen area and bathroom sink. No tea pot. Non suite bed broken and uncomfortable

We enjoyed our stay the flat was very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for visiting the Hydro and a well stocked shop next door. Our host was excellent and helpful.

Lovely apartment, everything one needs for a few days away. Very good size place and everything in walking distance. Happily recommend. Love the fact these was also a safe parking spot attached to the place.

Only thing stopping me from giving the place a 10/10 is the mattress is starting to go.
