Garden Apartment - 11 Southcot Place

Took payment 3 times and hasn’t refunded. Sadly I have had a very upsetting experience with Nigel. We stayed at one of his apartments in bath on 5th and 6th November. The apartment was lovely. No problems there. Nigel did however take the cost of the apartment which was £311 out of our account 3 times. One of these errors has been rectified but the other still hasn’t, meaning that we are still £311 out of pocket. His attitude has become very dismissive and unhelpful, although he acknowledges his error. Our saga continues and I would not recommend booking with this company,

Spacious Great location

The location, space, decor and quiet were wonderful. The beds were SO comfortable we slept like babies - It was very peaceful and the underfloor heating in one bathroom was much appreciated. The views from most of the apartment were also lovely. A few scuffs on paintwork are not a problem for us (on the window sill overlooking the square).

1. The frying pan had some staining 2. Someone knocked on the front door several times - we weren’t sure what it was at first but the by the time we realised, it had become quite aggressive. This was around 10pm on the 25th and was before the designated quiet time of 11 pm - we did not answer the door. We were watching a Harry Potter film and there had been a loud part on but the TV volume was not high - we checked and it was 54. Neither one of us is hard of hearing. We still reduced the volume in case this was the problem and had no further banging.

The flat was warm and cosy. It was spacious and well equipped.
