Beautiful apartment , recently refurbished to a good standard and a home from home

Very accommodating when I suffered a bereavement and required to alter dates. Apartment well equipped and very comfortable - particularly the beds and bed linen.

Lack of a milk jug is all I could criticise.

Great location and very quiet.

It was a beautiful property, had everything we needed.

The heating, it was timed & we couldn't change it so the property got cold at times as it got as cold as -4 outside.

It was warm and comfortable.

The bathroom was always colder than the rest of the apartment, and the shower leaked over the side of the bath.

Spacious and comfortable. Large dog friendly. Good location. Parking available. Self catering and close to town. Trail walks and beautiful gardens to explore. Very peaceful.

Could feel very isolated in the evening, especially once the castle lights were turned off. I was there for a week and never met a staff member.
