Location was good easy access to the city via bus. Took around 20mins to old town by bus. Easy access to room.

Value for money for what you got

The lounge was very low there was no coffee table we needed to move the lounge to watch the TV which was heavy. The shower had pour flow

"If you're looking for cheap and decent accommodation I would recommend Eagles Land."

Really nice area, outside of central Edinburgh but really well connected via public transport and super easy to travel in to town. The flat was much larger than I expected and spacious. Had all kitchen facilities we could need. Parking was easy enough to acquire.

The flat could use some repairs; for example the bathroom floor was coming up. It didn't feel as clean as I would have liked and very cheap, old things like the bathmat, threadbare towels and poor quality bedding contributed to this feeling.
