"Unimpressed."

5.0

The promised parking was unavailable. The nearest long term parking I could find was a 15 min walk away with luggage. The property was very hot despite the cool temp outside. It was very noisy outside until 4am the first night.

"Very comfortable apartment with great views."

8.0

Very quiet as we stayed during the week. We enjoyed the view over the harbour and the proximity to the shops and ferry quay.

Some instructions for the coffee machine would be good, l couldn’t make it stop. We fixed the drop down cupboard in the coffee table, but it needs another screw to hold the catch in place. The stairs are quite steep to the second floor apartment.

"An absolute nightmare"

1.0

We liked nothing......except the bed was comfortable but we had to sleep on the sofa as the noise was so bad in the bedrooms.

The bar/nightclub opposite was unbearably noisy and open until 3am!! You couldn't sleep. The road was also used by people coming back late from the pubs and youths using the entrance to an arcade opposite to party. An absolute nightmare! We were forced to leave after only 2 nights. The apartment wasn't clean and the freezer compartment of the fridge had something unpleasant frozen in it. Everything felt cheap which would have been fine if it was a cheap apartment. The entrance was shabby and the carpet covered in rubbish.

"Great stay well have booked again for a few weeks. Lovely flat."

7.0

Flat location is great, right in the middle of town within walking distance of all pubs, restaurants and shops..

Main car park behind the flat is closed for car entry between 11 and 5 because the main street is pedestrianised. Car parking is pricey but hosts will refund parking charges if asked.

"Disappointing - expensive property for apartment. Very noisy due to nightclub opposite but comfortable bedrooms and goo"

4.0

Location in the centre of the town. Comfortable beds, reasonably well equipped.

Public car parking which had to be paid and then refunded. Ver lively nightclub directly opposite at the front of the apartment which was open until 3am. Noises as the bedrooms are at the rear. Window in the living room did not stay open unless propped. Information is sent via an app which we didn’t have and couldn’t access. No information about using the TV and Now TV. Signal very poor especially when there was a ‘large ship in the harbour’. Poor communication. Expensive for what it was.

""Clubbed by Noise - a symphony of street fights and salty coffee. But comfortable beds 🛌"

6.0

Clean, comfortable beds,well decorated

I wasn't aware that our bedroom window was directly across from a noisy club that stayed open until 3am, with rowdy patrons lingering outside until 4am. I was awakened by a group of people fighting in the street. Despite having double windows, the noise was still audible. If I had known about this beforehand, I wouldn't have booked the accommodation, especially since I have two young children. My two-year-old woke up multiple times during the night, which was the only downside. However, apart from that, the apartment itself was satisfactory. Additionally, the directions to the carpark were extremely difficult to follow. When I called to ask for assistance and an earlier check-in time, as we had traveled a long distance from North Wales and arrived four hours earlier, I was initially told that an earlier check-in would be possible since there was no prior booking. However, when I called, there was no answer and no return call. Consequently, we were left waiting in the car in heavy rain.for around 4 hours after a long 8 hour drive we was extremely exhausted and needed to get changed to then go meet family who live in falmouth and be fresh enough to meet our new baby nephew.if it wasn't the rowdyness on the Saturday it was upstairs who sounded like bigfoot river dancing whilst wearing clogs & draging heavy furniture around on Sunday BUT I must reiterate that the beds were extremely comfortable so made listening to all the noise abit more pleasant. Coffee machine worked well ( wished there were enough pods) for the whole weekend, so limited on what we would have liked to have had but still nice. (Apart from spiking my husband's coffee with salt i mistaken it for sugar as it was placed in a clear tub with tea bag box ontop so assumed it was the sugar as never seen salt placed in such way.
