Great central location. Comfortable, well appointed good quality accommodation.

The advert states parking available however it should be noted this is not dedicated/allocated parking as far as im aware.

"Location centre of town everything walking distance very clean and comfy beds"

9.0

Excellent location car parking directions would be better if post codes were also included. Perhaps use what 3 words for the car park directions. Beds very comfy. Up 2 flights of steps but worth the view. Also lots of games guides etc in the apartment which were very helpful.

One of the bedroom windows did not open. Opposite a bar which was not busy as we were there on a weekday but have been told it does get very busy on the weekends.

"An absoloute disgrace, total misrepresentation."

1.0

There is nothing to "like" about this property aside from the view out of the kitchen window. However, there is a hotel a short drive down the road who were able to accomodate us at short notice and provide us with actual luxury and comfort.

The main entrance of the property resembles that of a House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO), which concerned us in the first instance. Our second concern arose when we discovered that the keycode-operated door does not actually lock, allowing unrestricted access to anyone from the main highstreet. Furthermore, the claims made about the facilities at the property do not align with reality. There is no 24-hour reception or 24hr-security service available, nor is there any bike or car rental service on-site. Additionally, the property lacks a fitness suite. It's important to note that parking is not complimentary; there is a £10.00 daily fee, and vehicles cannot be moved between 11 AM and 4 PM due to pedestrianization of the high street during those hours. Please read below for the unfolding of events upon arriving into the apartment: • "Complimentary" macaroons which were 7+ weeks out of date. • An unbearable stench emanating from the master bedroom which did not clear upon opening a window • A mirrored wardrobe door hanging off precariously, posing a hazard to anyone who sleeps in the bed • The refrigerator door hanging off • Dark, long, human hair splayed over the sofa • Bin that had clearly not been emptied since the last guests • Thick dust across all surfaces, and sticky indeterminable residue over the coffee table • Dead flies present in the sink & toilet • A mere 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for three guests over four nights • No coffee pods available as advertised • Black mould lining the grouting in the shower • Ear plugs left loose rolling around in the bedside table drawers, goodness only knows who had used them last • Overloaded plug sockets around the apartment posing significant fire risk • No hand towel & no kitchen roll We had no choice but to leave the property after an hour of being here following a 5+ hour journey and subsequently find elsewhere. I hope this review will prevent you from also having a ruined holiday.

"LOVELY STAY"

8.0

THE VIEW FROM THE APARTMENT IS REALLY STUNNING AND THE APARTMENT IS SPACIOUS AND GREAT.

UNLESS I MISSED THIS BUT A WARNING HAS TO BE GIVEN TO GUESTS THAT GOOGLE MAPS DOESN'T PICK UP THAT CHURCH STREET IS A ONE WAY AND THE STREET ABOVE IS A DEAD END. ITS QUITE A MISSION DRIVING ALL THE WAY AROUND WHEN GOOGLE MAPS ISN'T AWARE OF THE PROBLEM AND TO GET TO THE PARKING AREA IN THE FRONT FROM THE RIGHT DIRECTION. CHURCH STREET IS CLOSED OFF BETWEEN 11 AM - 4 PM AS IT BECOMES MOSTLY FOR PEDESTRIANS. ONCE ONE KNOWS THEN ONE CAN WORK AROUND IT AND THE TIMES, WHICH THEN AREN'T A PROBLEM. A PARKING IS INCLUDED IN THE ADVERT, BUT YET IT HAS TO BE PAID BY THE GUEST AND THEN NOT REFUNDED? RATHER DEDUCT IT OFF THE PRICE TO STAY BUT MENTION A LOVELY PARKING AREA IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING, AND IF ONE SELECTS A FEW DAYS THEN THE PRICE IS REASONABLE, AS HOURLY OR DAILY PARKING IS EXPENSIVE. BTW, WE CLEANED OUT A VERY BLOCKED UP VACUUM CLEANER TO GET IT WORKING WELL AGAIN.

"Passable"

5.0

The location, great view of the harbour. Well equipped. Convenient bus service around town including the station.

Second floor location, steep stairs, no lift. Noisy night club opposite and a pub has tables in the car park which added to the noise at the back. Tricky windows to close but necessary to cut down the noise. None of the tvs worked and found cables had been disconnected and all the remotes had dead batteries. We replaced the batteries the owner was very helpful when contacted and refunded the cost. We succeeded and got the tvs working.

"I would not recommend if you want to sleep"

1.0

The apartment was in a convenient location in the centre of town.

Parking was in a busy public carpark ( limited spaces at busy times ) that needed to be paid and reclaimed from the property afterwards. The apartment appeared clean on arrival although the wardrobe door was hanging off, the tv in the bedroom had an out of order sign on it and the front windows did not close at all. The dishes in the cupboard had clearly not been cleaned from the previous occupants. The first couple of nights were comfortable but then the nightclub opened up directly opposite the apartment. That was literally the end of our sleep. Earplugs are provided at the apartment which tells you everything you need to know. We eventually dragged the matress into the kitchen area at the rear of the property to try to get some sleep at around 3.00am but the back of the property I.e. Public carpark is the drug run and the noise was just as bad. We even had to go and move the car at crazy o'clock in the morning as a drunk teenager had managed to take the handbrake of his friends car and was rolling down the carpark. It didn't hit our car but did crash into someone else's. This continued for 2 more nights so in the end we just packed up and went home tired. It ruined our trip to Falmouth. Nowhere on the booking did it mention about the noise.
