Great location and very well appointed accommodation. Close to everything and parking very close.

We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night so be aware because of the great location that you could have loud noise from the surrounding businesses that lasts until 2.30am

Location

Comfortable beds, fully kitted-out kitchen, fans and a type of air con. Lovely view from kitchen/sitting area. Easy access into town and shopping/dining-out area. Falmouth is a lovely Cornish town, and well worth a visit.

Shower drain blocked, dishes put away dirty, some dishes missing. Situated on the second floor, and parking was in a 24 hour pay parking lot. (always spaces though) Getting to the parking involved driving through a pedestrianised area, which I found stressful.

Fantastic location and had everything we needed.

Parking was difficult.

Eneste lille minus, var at der var meget varmt i lejligheden selvom vi havde cooler tændt.

Clean

Stuffy, windows were difficult to keep open due to low level of opening and lack of safety rail. Opposite nightclub. Not a problem if you also enjoy the night life, but the harbour is the car park out the back of the property and is used by the nightclub clientele after the club closes at 3am. Don’t expect a good nights sleep!

Welcome pint of milk in fridge - very nice thought. Time and attention to decor and facilities - any gadget possible was supplied. When door code did not work Host was very responsive and helpful. A couple of small issues reported to host received a speedy response.

This apartment is very very central in Falmouth and that has many good aspects to it. However it is located between a car park (which was closed for a festival on my visit) and therefore an additional hurdle to overcome on arrival. The main issue is that Mango's 'Restaurant' is actually a nightclub and the noise really gets going at 11 pm until 3 am. The volume was so intense that I slept on the settee which mitigated it slightly. There was significant noise and shouting in the street. This apartment not suitable for the quieter traveller but would be perfect for those wishing to party and be out late.
