The Luxury Apartment

Good location. Well equipped.

Frosted windows felt claustrophobic. Windows were ill-fitting and draughty. The courtyard was disappointing.

No frying pan or egg flip

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The instructions left by the owners were very clear and easy to understand. Fabulous shower. The location couldn't have been better. Very close to restaurants, bars, shops, The Opera House, parks, etc. Walkable to Solomon’s Temple, Poole's Cavern and woodland walks.

Location was superb, lots of facilities (pubs, restaurants, convenience stores) close by. Easy stroll down the hill to the Opera House and town centre for yet more choice. Well appointed apartment, with quality fittings, nice selection of books, well equipped kitchen (with one small exception - see below), including a dishwasher. Nicely finished bathroom. We tend to travel with basics like salt and pepper and even that wasn't necessary.

Nowhere to make/keep ice. Don't necessarily need a freezer but the fridge didn't have an ice box either, so G&T out of the question, sadly. And the bedroom is very compact, so shins were banged walking round the bed.

Extremely clean and a beautiful location!

No views out of the apartment.

A comfortable apartment in the centre of Buxton close to all the amenities. Plenty of room for 2 and a particularly amazing shower!!

Parking was a bit of a lottery despite there being a sort of space outside the property. We didn’t want to move the car once we got it parked.
