Horrible building , dirty sticky carpets in stairwell /entrance , dirty walls in stairwell, lift not working , mold all the though the bathroom, dirty sticky carpets in apartment, broken & no blind in main bedroom, broken portable fan in other bedroom . Booked for two days/night only stayed for one 😡😡😡

The process of getting the key was complicated, open a garage with a key code, find a bike shed, open the bike shed with a code, find a key safe in a dark bike shed with no lights, open the key safe with a code. When you shine the light from a phone onto the key safe you can’t see the numbers due to the reflection. Flat is on 3rd floor, lift not working and hasn’t been for long time. Bathroom is a disgrace, black mould all around the bath and shower, repugnant smell of damp prevalent. 2nd bedroom window had no curtains or blinds allowing light in from dawn. Carpets dirty and torn as was the seat in the lounge. Kitchen tap dripping constantly. Windows have not been cleaned in years.

Felt like home straight away as it had everything you could possibly need when staying for a week. Very spacious apartment, nicely decorated, very clean, comfy beds and a very quiet area. Fabulous location, could see cruise ship from living room. Few minutes walk from main shopping street. Bus stops close by if you wanted to go further afield. Train station only a few minutes walk away. Will definitely return and recommend highly to others.

Getting into the place was a bit difficult - e.g. main door key code didn't work, had to go through garage, get into the bike shed to get a key.

Poor furniture, settee too low, unjustable sofa bed. Lift not working as we were given 3rd floor. Worst booking in the Booking.com. I would not recommend this flat to others.
