Great location for work. Parking was good. Good space to relax. Quiet. Clean. Shower was good. Beds are comfortable. (Sofa not so )

WiFi in the main bedroom was hit and miss, Heating even though on full wasn’t particularly warm in the main bedroom. Shower dispenser didn’t work, but was sorted with shower gel being dropped off. Sofa not very comfortable but still ok. Still a great place, especially for work and if you had bikes etc.

Hard to say I didn't like it as it was great, The shower soap dispenser doesn't work. Reported it, so hopefully it gets fixed.

Ideal for BPW, Good WiFi and Fire Stick TV, storage for approx 4 bikes. Good sized rooms and well equipped kitchen. Off street parking for 1 car.

Could do with a drying rack for wet clothes. Radiator (for drying) in utility room didn't get as warm as other rooms.

Lovely property, good location for BPW, great storage for the bikes. Would most definitely stay there again and recommend.

Parking was an issue for us with 3 cars, and it being on a busy road. Speaking to the owner, he has said that there is more parking at the back of the property. So that needs to be updated.

Excellent value, very clean, comfortable beds, decent shower (essential after a day mountain biking), bike storage. Also nice to have a decent coffee machine.

The only very minor grumble is the sofa's aren't particularly comfortable. Cooking for a larger group could be tricky with only the double hot plate, but for the two of us was fine.
