Was spacious and reasonably clean, good facilities and good location

Was not such a nice smell, maybe give the carpets a clean and add in some air fresheners . Also bed were not too comfortable, might be just my preference but I prefer a softer mattress also could do with some added pillows

The property was very clean and warm when we arrived. Good parking and good location.

We had a massive issue which would have been redeployed by some standard maintenance. Huge water leak from the roof which caused the fire alarm to go off none stop. Causing the flat to become highly dangerous as the water flowing through fire panel and electric boxes. I tried ringing the emergency number 10/15 times but straight to answer phone. Not a great emergency number if no one man’s it. Fair play to agents as once I sent an email in they rang me within the hour and moved us. But bit annoying as we had all unpacked and got everything into the flat.
