Coastal Home with Parking, Fast WiFi & Near Beach

The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was conveniently located for us as it was near to my grandmother whom we were visiting. There were leaflets provided for attractions in the area and all kitchen facilities were provided including some milk and teabags.

The parking was a bit awkward to use as it is down a small driveway. However the most annoying thing was the almost constant noise of running and jumping coming from above and next door. It was impossible for us to have a lie in of a morning as the noise of children running around generally started at around 7am. Also an early night was out of the question. Even though the welcome pack asked us to keep the noise down after 10pm, this apparently didn't apply to the occupants of the main house. The last night I tried to go to bed early and yet again the sound of running and jumping could be heard until almost 11pm. There was also a dog which barked constantly when left alone at home one day. The blinds were not very clean, having brown stains on them. And I'm sure I spotted silverfish underneath the kitchen bin. The apartment also didn't have its own heating. We were only provided with an electric heater which had a broken wheel. This made for very cold nights during this January visit.

Great location, has a dedicated parking space which is ideal, especially in Falmouth! We only stayed a couple of nights and it had everything needed for self catering.

The weather was really cold and wet when I stayed, the heating is on a timer off site and because it’s an old property the temp drops really cold really quickly, the bedroom window doesn’t shut properly either so that room was particularly cold. I contacted the agent and didn’t get a great response. I’d only consider staying here in the summer months. There’s a slight damp problem too, with the curtains and blinds showing signs of mould. The property needs some TLC

Nice space and good location, no issues with the hosts - key collection or return. Parking space was great.

The space was kept a little bit cold with central heating working rather low even at night. There was an unwashed chopping board in the kitchen and some curtains that were left to dry and not hung on the rails when we arrived.
