Stylish Stay- Windsor Castle- Parking- By Tempstay

It was well equipped, spotless clean, comfy beds, the location and the free parking.

The location could not be better and with parking too so fantastic. The apartment was super clean, super central and the communication was very good. We really enjoyed our stay.

The window frames were just banging all night - there's 2 layers to the windows and for some reason they're obviously not tight tight so they woke us both up in our rooms a lot!! Also - some glassware that's not pint sized would be helpful but not the end of the world just a bit odd. Noise from road sweepers every day at 5am wasn't a joy bit not as awful as banging windows. We would still come back though in the hope you'll fix it

Fantastic location, literally minutes away from Windsor Castle. A real great find. Very comfortable and plenty of room. Very easy to find with the instructions provided. Will definitely look to using again.

The apartment was spacious with a comfortable lounge area and well fitted out kitchen. The office staff were helpful and friendly. They delivered soap as there was none in the property and kindly stored our luggage for a few hours as check out was at 10am

- Hidden charges from Superhog (a separate entity which checks guests ID and processes the cleaning bond), they charge $20, then hold the bond for 14 days post stay. - The apartment bathroom was not properly cleaned. - Stains on the walls/ doors throughout and bedroom curtains. - The bed base in the smaller room was missing legs and sitting on the floor. - Water pools on the floor of the shower as the drain is positioned at the highest point of the shower floor - The apartment is centrally located, but sits above a busy cafe. If you open the living room windows the apartment fills with the smell of fried food from the cafe kitchen below.

Excellent position. Great decor. Comfortabele. Everything you need for a short stay in Windsor.

Central position does mean that it's directly under the Heathrow approach, which was noisier than expected.

The Smelly vent of grease when you walk through the entrance that blows up stairs to the apartment, The smaller bedroom window wouldn’t open so no airflow, There’s wasn’t a welcome pack that we read before other guest had received. The parking space was not clear and taken so we had to find on street parking miles away. The roads were blocked for entrance and no warning
