It was dirty

The apartment is clean and new

The entrance is so terrible, near the rubbish, so dirty with many flies and insects with ugly smell

Location was fantastic could not get better in our opinion.

Not enough towels provided so we bought a few more, second bed in second bedroom mattress was put straight on the floor / ground, not that clean. Bathroom gets very wet as no shower screen so had to keep trying to mop it up, so it did not flood. Very greasy outside main entrance due to restaurant located on ground floor and so the kitchen's extractor fan, which was on most of the day, blew all over the front entry which made it greasy and also into the windows above, so had to keep windows shut. Place always felt greasy and it's a real health hazard from where we come from. Due to the smell of grease it brough a lot of flies so had to buy fly spray to be able to let fresh air into the unit.

great location for all the attractions and great links to London. Bonus to have a parking space.

The location in the center of Windsor is outstanding and with a parking space. Parking has always been an issue with previous visits to Windsor. Not here!! Easy to access from Heathrow, especially off a red-eye from the US. The property is modern and very well presented. Great wi-fi access and facilities. The bathroom is exceptional; modern with a large tub and great shower. Thanks for the coffee, tea and biscuits. All appreciated.

Perfect communication with the owner, good location, very well equipped and big rooms, very nice and clear flat.

The beds were too soft. During the season, the property is very loud due to street noise.

We had a fantastic time there . Will definitely be booking up again. Lovely location and the hosts left everything perfect for us.

The instructions given to find the property where incorrect. Property is advertised as free parking yet for 2 nights out 4 we were unable to park due to other cars that were not know to the owners parking in our spaces. On the second night the second bedroom double bed collapsed. Booking.com and owners where slow in replying and didn't resolve the issue. Guests had to sleep on the mattress on the floor. Dishwasher was left with dirty dishes in it. Not what expected for the price we paid oh and the seal around the shower was gone so water all over the bathroom floor
