Capri Stays - Apartment One

Location was great, car park was very close & reasonable charges to park (£22 for 48 hours). Short walk to shops, restaurants & Winter Gardens, which was the reason for our stay. Felt very safe & the food from the Italian restaurant next door was delicious, with wonderful staff.

The apartment was not clean when we arrived. However, a message to the hosts & someone arrived within 15 minutes to re-clean the apartment. The host was very receptive to my message and apologetic. Most importantly, it was sorted promptly and without a fuss.

The apartment was beautifully laid out.

It was a little cold we found that even with the heating on it didn't work in thw master bedroom or bathroom. Other than that it was fine

The apartment was lovely clean condition with all needed facilities. Beds were very comfy

cleanliness on arrival was extremely disappointing and worrying. Especially when it states on booking.com that the property is professionally cleaned. The list is; - Fridge freezer had not been cleaned and was dirty - Microwave still had splatters of food inside - Grease and left over food on baking trays and oven was extremely dirty, again from grease and food. Which appears not to have been cleaned for some time. - The utensils in the drawer were dirty and also had crumbs inside the drawers and stains on kitchen door fronts. - Cleaning sponge that was left was well used and dirty - Spills on chopping board which also shows that the property hasn’t been cleaned prior to arrival - Carpets and floors appeared not to be swept or vacuumed. - Dust along skirting boards (hallway) - Blind in the larger bedroom is broken - Stains on the living room sofa - Black mould in the drain of the shower along with the dial that changes the shower head to the waterfall head, was not working and loose. Toilet seats were also loose. Beyond disappointed after choosing this property over others in the area after appearing to have positive reviews around cleanliness.

Had a great stay here and will definitely be returning… Apartment was clean, well presented, spacious and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, next to all the best bars/restaurants and just a few minutes walk from the North Pier. Communication to get into the apartment was clear and all queries were answered quickly. Thanks for having us!

Apartment was clean and well furnished. Shower screen in main main bathroom broken on arrival and could not be used.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location. Booking process was easy owners kept in touch. Amazing attention to detail & it seemed no expense spared.
