Capri Stays - Apartment One

Very nice decor, spacious.

The apartment was dirty. The fridge, microwave, oven, cupboards and bathrooms were dirtyThe beds looked like they had been slept in! Only one rad seem to work, apartment was freezing. Took a while for the hot water to come through , which, we were told it can take a few minutes by the host, but it was definitely longer than that.

We struggled to get the heating to work so it was colder than we would normally have.

The apartment was clean and nicely decorated on arrival. The beds were very comfortable also. We did not use any of the kitchen area as we spent the day enjoyonh blackpool and just came back to sleep, so i cant comment on that, but everything looked clean and in good working order. The owners were very easy to contact and relied quickly to messages. We will definitely stay again.

The bathroom shower wasn’t working the windows aren’t easy to open for a family trip it wasn’t safe and comfortable as there were kids partying on drugs in the apartment above even though it was family friendly it was not to the standard as shown on air Bnb the shower door nearly fell on my children and there was no handle On the door so it was hazard and spoke to staff who told me they cannot refund or do anything giving there is proof of what happened and I have videos also that I will Have to email everything in even though the cleaner was there on the day I just Think booking need to really Make hosts advertise 100% what a person is going to stay in as I travelled from Manchester to stay to look at properties I am just disguised red I will never use booking to book anything especially for my children it’s unlawful and unsafe I will be sticking to premier inn

Excellent apartment, great location, really good communication throughout. Would definitely stay again.
