Good. Value for money.

Great central location, secure parking for one car. Great size.

Bathroom extractor fan didn't work, so remained damp. Proximity to the main road meant it could be noisy.

Nice big parking space. Convenient location.

Everything in the apartment was cheap and tatty. Furniture low quality, badly assembled, old and falling apart. Nasty old carpets. Floors that creaked with every step. Stained and mouldy bathroom. TV that was unable to receive BBC1. The worst mattress I've slept on since I was a student. When the focus is so clearly on saving money, a guest does not feel welcomed. The building complex has the overall feel of a prison.

Good location for access to local points of interest and Lancaster Castle. Good size rooms which were clean and comfortable. Great views over Lancaster.

No wine glasses and only a small number of mismatched pint glasses and champagne flutes. Not ideal for a birthday weekend away. Also mismatched and chipped crockery and cutlery. Felt a bit cheap and studenty. Walls were scuffed and chairs damaged and a bit of mould in kitchen and bathroom. Drawers in bedroom wouldn’t stay shut. Apartment felt in need of a freshen up. Kitchen cupboards wrapping visible And peeling from doors. No chopping board. Wouldn’t take much to decant soap and toiletries etc into nice dispensers to make apartment feel less basic.

In the summer with the windows open it is quite noisy in the night with the sound of vehicles on the road. The bathroom doesn’t have an extractor and so can tend to feel damp. One of the single beds is a bit creaky.

Clear instructions for everything

Liked everything! Good stay for a weekend.

Easy to access from the motorway, parking included, checkin instructions were easy to follow. The apartment was well appointed with everything you could need for a stay, and was clean and comfortable. Kept nice and cool even though it was a hot sunny day and well soundproofed despite the location on a road junction. There was a supermarket nearby and a nice off-road walking route along the river to the city centre (15 mins)

Some of the fittings were a little tired. We could have done with the option of some lighter weight bedlinen considering the hot weather (duvets were 13 tog). The location wasn't particularly attractive, but it was only a short riverside walk to the historic centre.
