I loved our stay here and would return if I could. Having a cafe onsite was a bonus for our morning coffee and being right on the Monsal trail was perfect. We hired bikes from the onsite rental.

The mattress has seen better days, slopes to one side and is time to replace. Our bedroom window was right on the road so the traffic noise, which I'm not used to I found disturbing.

Great location, lovely spacious apartment well equipped with everything you need. Brilliant for the dog . Simple to find and easy check in with onsite free parking. Cafe next door with bike hire. TV with WiFi netflicks etc. Clean linen provided.

Needs a deep clean, shower dirty and very mouldy. Floors dirty looks like a woodlice infestation so many in all the rooms. Throws on the bed need replacing lots of stains. Such a shame as it let's down the apartment.

Ground floor property with comfortable bedroom. Staff were helpful in retrieving some property we left behind.

Sofa was very uncomfortable. Kitchen small and difficult to access dishwasher and sink.

Lovely apartment , sorry we couldn’t make the best of it as I was taken ill and had to return home within 24hrs

Nothing. Only the fridge needed a good clean.

"Good stay for a couple of days Car essential"

The shower and cooker and bed were excellent We sent an email to below complaints but got no reply as lady had a say off We should have phoned but there was only an emergency number available We did not think it was an emergency My sjawl ,I left in the apartment ,was promptly returned through good communication

There were codes for entrees to thapartment and carpark It was cumbersome There was a dishwasher but no tablets There was a salt dispenser but no salt There were 2 T.V.'s but no Internet access although there was WiFi in apartment

"A great comfy and restful base"

Location for the Peak District tourist hot spots. Great facilities and privacy.

Only 2 parking places next to the property. The alternate is to leave it at the cafe car park but the gates are locked at 5.15pm so going out in the evening could be a problem.
