"Relaxing weekend break"

The property is beautiful, in such a quiet location. You just don’t realise how nice it’s going to be until you open the door then it just feels so spacious and homely! The decor is lovely and facilities in excellent condition. The hot tub was maintained perfectly and frequently throughout our stay and was such a luxury to have! Will definitely visit again! Thank you so much!

The only thing I can think of is would be nice to have a shelter up outside over the hot tub as was raining whilst we were there for first day then went bright hot sunshine so shelter would have been nice

the psace provided is great for a number of guests. large kitchen lounge are was really suitable for our stay for a work trip and provided lots of space for us to bring in all our kit and crack on with laptops etc. Facilites were really well presented, clean and tidy. Great area, very peaceful and lovel;y to wake up on a farm environment. We arrived quite late, gone 10pm but the host was very helpful when we had a problem with the hob and cam straight down to help fix - even that late. Very cool move.

ensuite bathroom only - meaning as a group of two or more if you are staying on the sofabed in the lounge you have to wait for the bedroom occupant to wake up to use the bathroom. fine for families i guess. tea and coffee with a small jug of milk would have been a nice touch.

Location, quiet, tennis court, hot tub, extra beds plenty of space and lovely & cool in the hot summer!

All lovely - newer towels would be icing on the cake.

In a fantastic location, about 15 minutes outside of Taunton. The annexe had everything we could have asked for and more! We didn't get to use the hot tub, but it looked great, and the games are a nice touch if you're travelling with children.
