Beautiful location, perfect as a stop over from north to Cornwall. Easy to find and very quiet. Beautiful house and the hot tub was a lovely bonus. Wish could have stayed longer.

It was ok for a short overnight stop , Hot tub was a great addition

We stayed in the annex it was extremely noisy from the above occupants , into the late hours The cleanliness was average cobwebs in the lights /shades /window areas Poor communication how to check out had to just use own initiative leaving key in door where it was on arrival
