Very clean and comfortable, modern apartment in a great location. Spacious rooms and well equipped. This is our fourth stay in the Rose Apartment, and we will be returning.

Lovely location within Perth. 2 minute walk to the city centre and Perth Concert Hall. We stayed in the Rose apartment which was on the 3rd floor. Exceptionally clean and very beautiful apartment. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Beds very comfy and good quality linen and towels provided. Rare views from the apartment too. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Spiral staircase to get to the third floor didnt half give us a workout but appreciate it is an older building and limited to what can be done with access or adding lift. Quite a quirky touch though and does fit in with the character of the building.

Apartment was perfect - comfortable 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lovely views over the North Inch and Perth, well equipped. We wish we could have stayed longer, and will plan to come again when we next visit Perth.

The stairs - but we got quite used to them

Ate breakfast in several nearby shops...all good. Nice quiet place even though local residents lived nearby. Sleep better than I ever do in hotels. Although we did not cook, great kitchen area. Lovely area with local brownstone townhouses. Old world feel and charm. Peaceful rest; wonderful views of kids playing soccer on field, and Blackwatch Castle close by, and great little shops and eating shops and pubs nearby. Beds are good and baths adequate.

The place was great, but you need to find a way to install a small lift. We had problems with two heart patients getting up and down. It just too much. A small 1-2 man with suitcase type would do. But it detracts greatly from the stay. Even healthy members could hardy carry luggage up three flights of stairs.

Key code for both doors was easy to use.

Nothing, it was amazing!

The apartment is clean, bright, tastefully decorated and very well located with a view of the park.

we were just disappointed not to stay longer

- beautiful apartment - fully equipped kitchen (incl. coffee machine and premium coffee capsules) - perfect sleep with comfy bed + blackout shutters (and super quiet area) - reserved parking space nearby - Ideal to stay long periods and visit all the area.

- I suggest to implement a recycling system (there is space for more than one bin in the kitchen). It's a shame to throw everything in one bin.
