Excellent location, very comfortable and very well equipped.

We found the property easily, and were delighted with how it all looked inside. Spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Nice heavy duty cutlery and crockery, and good sharp knives. Nice gift in the fridge. Very handy location indeed for walking into Perth City Centre and to restaurants etc. Quiet (other than birds on nearby rooftops!). Bathroom and en-suite fitted out to a high standard and all worked well. Having a code to enter the property instead of a physical key was very handy, as there were times when we left and returned separately - no concern about how to manage the key or leave the apartment "safe".

The spiral staircase all the way up to the third floor was a surprise, although we should have thought there might not be a lift in an old building - it was fine, but carrying cases upstairs and girding ourselves for the climb each time we came back to the apartment during our stay was something! Luckily we initially arrived after 6 when parking outside was free, so could transfer the cases from the car rather than have to carry from the car park around the corner and down the street. Luckily we are not large/tall people and showering was not uncomfortable in the available space. A tall, hefty person might find it challenging. The complimentary toiletries were good quality but liquid soap was quite highly scented, and we were glad the air fresheners on the staircase were not also inside the flat - just our noses not used to such heavy scents! As well as dishwasher tablets it would have been nice to have had some washing up liquid - one of the baking trays had greasy marks on it.

It was beautiful, very well equipped, spotless and gorgeous location.

Steep stairs!

Short break in Perth for February half- term with our teenage daughter and two friends. We loved the apartment which was warm, comfortable and spacious with lovely views across the park. Would book again and recommend.
