Alexander Residence

The properties were beautifully furnished, well equipped and in a fabulous location. The booking and arrangements for entry am d departure were good and having the allocated parking was a bonus.

There was nothing that I didn’t like, the only improvement that could be suggested is better fitted toilet seat and it tended to slip to side.

The pre check in experience was fantastic, with the guest services in regular contact to support you and answer any questions. The apartments had easy key code access so no messing about with keys. It’s also breathtaking inside.

The golf course is an 9 iron away.

The bedroom window is old and draughty.

Comfy bed, well equipped with lovely, quality furnishings etc.

The stairs

It was spacious, well furnished and well equipped. Good location.

I paid £150 for an interim clean which they forgot to do. Which after travelling from London on the train for 6+ hours to swap with a work colleague was not great. When they did turn up she asked which bits we wanted cleaning(!) for £150! On the first evening there was a party on the floor above us (let by the same company) and the music, dancing and shouting didn’t stop till after midnight. I had to teach the next day and I was worn out. In fairness to the manager Tracy she did respond promptly but at this price I would expect better.

The properties were bigger than we expected, great room sizes. Great location near the town and beside a beautiful park
