Spacious apartment, nice balcony space and bed was comfortable

Had a funny smell throughout the apartment had to leave all the windows open and air it out. The carpet feels very old and should be changed also there was a lot of scratches on sofa looks very out of date should also be replaced with new furniture.

I recently stayed at this apartment and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Everything about the Apartment was great. It is well situated. closer to the city center. We had a good bed and everything we needed to make life easy

Unfortunately, there was no staff available to help with the extension of days we needed.

NA - TO be clear we did not stay as we couldn't get in and the staff are 0 help, the communication is terrible and confused. We didn't stay at the property as there were unsavoury people around the property, to check in you also have to download an app which will send you to a box where the keys can be found, this is not at the same location as the actual property.

You are paying more than in costs to stay in a nice Hotel with breakfast and full 24/7 service included, they provide bad communication and if you arrive after 5PM will basically leave you. It was in a quite unsafe area and you have to collect the keys from a seperate box at a seperate address via downloading an app to get directions. 0/10 would never recommend to anyone

It was clean and well equipped. Great location and easy to access/check in. Underground parking a bonus.

The toilet flush needs looking at as well as a few other bits in the kitchen that need fixing but nothing to make the stay worse. It was very hot despite the radiators not being in but that’s the nature of flats. The sky remote needs fixing/replacing. Again, just a note not an inconvenience.
