Some furnitures were damaged and in need of refurbishment: The shower head was attached with rubber bands (impossible to hold), some handles were broken, a heavy broken door was found in a cupboard, the microwave had a strip of plastic or metal that had come off. There was to way to lock the access to the balcony, which is a bit stressful when you have toddlers. The location was noisy, close to the streets, and the window blinds were not thick enough, so a lot of street light came through at night. The flat didn't match with the pictures from the website.

"In the beginning they gave me different apartment than the one I saw in booking different location then after many calls"
