The staff were amazing throughout the stay and was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. Naomi was an angel that could not help us enough. I highly recommend a stay at this lovely apartment and wonderful retreat. The beds were super comfy and the apartment was spotless.

The room was nice with plenty of space and a very well equipped kitchen, but from the pictures is advertised as being on the first floor with a balcony. However mine was on the ground floor. Which meant you got little privacy with people walking past the pool & didn’t get as nice a view. 10am check out is way too early, with absolutely no option for later check out. If I had realised this beforehand I wouldn’t have booked here. Also some of the items in the kitchen were a little dirty. Safe free parking on site right next to the building. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom floor as the glass rail wasn’t long enough. I feel that the cleaners should be putting bin bags in the different bins as a guest I shouldn’t have to be doing this as soon as I arrive. Overall was a nice stay and modern room! And nice location. I thought £155 was a tiny bit on the more expensive side.

Small improvements: do later checkout than 10am. Make sure the kitchen equipment is thoroughly clean. Put bin bags in the bins. New shower rail cover.

Customer service superb - especially Naomi, who could not have been more helpful, warm or welcoming. Apartment was spacious, well appointed, bright and airy. Wonderfully quiet and the pool was so warm.

I couldn't open the bedroom windows but that was a very small point and did not at all detract from my overall enjoyment.

We arrived just before 5pm and collected our keys from the reception desk. I was able to park in the main carpark during our stay. We had a drink in the bar before we went out for dinner. There was a lovely view of the sea and the Isle of Wight from our room.

We couldn't make the coffee machine work in our apartment and breakfast didn't open until 9am, when we were leaving to head home. It was only a short walk to the beach where were found a coffee shop.
