Clean apartments. Friendly staff

Nothing. Except the sea was a bit cold. You get that in March

Nothing!

The apartment was clean and had everything you might need for a short stay. I would only mention that there were no windows you could open or see out of (frosted glass as its ground floor at the side of the main house) and the main bedroom has no window at all. I would book another apartment in the building but not this one again.

No opening windows and no view. Also, I paid twice for WiFi as the free WiFi didn’t work. However, neither did the one I paid for! Naomi, on reception, was very helpful and said I would be reimbursed for this. However, I haven’t received this as yet.

The room (the Mudeford suite) was unexpectedly huge! It was comfortable, with plenty of seats in the lounge area and relatively quiet. Ample parking immediately outside the entrance to the reception office and apartments. The receptionist was welcoming. It is a very short walk to Mudeford quay and views out over Christchurch Harbour and the sea.

The smart TV did not connect to any streaming services (Netflix etc.). The coffee machine needed a descale and was unusable. It's a shame that we didn't have a better view - we looked out over the static caravans on site (although the apartments did not claim to offer a sea view). Very limited eating places locally - we drove into the outskirts of Christchurch.

Location was excellent for walking at this time of year. Despite in-house bar being closed there were local pubs walking distance. Interesting history to the actual apartment. The wraparound balcony however it is on the first floor so not child friendly . Good towels, comfortable bed .

Not being able to open a window, for fresh air as we slept. One coffee pod for the machine, and needed decaffeinated options of tea and coffee. Alexa didn't connect to the WiFi

Facilities very clean and modern staff very friendly and polite and helpful location was perfect right near the beach.

There wasnt anything i didnt like.
