"Lovely place despite a problem or two"

The location was perfect and the room was nice and had everything needed. Help was easily available when keys were not available in the lock box.

Paid for an early check in and the keys were not ready on arrival. Unable to move my car from the parking space due to the cleaner's car being in the way, when asked the cleaning staff were quite rude when asked to move.

"Exceptional"

The apartment was exceptionally clean with everything we needed. Location was a 5min walk away from the train station which was very handy for us as from there we caught the shuttle bus to Coventry arena.

"A comfortable studio stay that was perfect for our trip!"

Good value, good location for city centre and train station. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Parking space included.

Nothing really- building was quite warm but didn’t cause a significant issue. I didn’t like paying a damage deposit but understand if this is a requirement.
