Victoria House - Deluxe Studios in Coventry City Centre, free parking, by COVSTAYS

I like the independence and comfort of the place. Also proximity to town center and to local shops adds to the comfort and the “home” feeling.

I’m not a great fan of the remote consierge and the card keys from a box, but it worked out fine.

Clean modern rooms

Bed was awful like sleeping on a brick, bed linen was cheap pillow hard , let the rest of the place down

The apartment itself was excellent and I genuinely could not fault the property or parking available. It was clean well presented, and had everything I needed for my stay. Not that I used the kitchen as ate out every day. The location was also idea for my purposes, particularly being close to Planet Ice, which was very convenient.

Unfortunately I was not able to get any proper sleep during my two night stay. There appears to be a nightclub or late night venue very close by. and on both nights there was noise until 5am. This included loud music, shouting, arguments, a fight and taxis coming and going beneath my window almost. This made my stay very difficult despite the quality of the apartment. There was also an issue upon arrival I was given the wrong key box number and had to wait 25 mins in rain for it to be resolved. Finally the comms leading up to the reservation felt excessive. There were a large no of emails between booking and arrival, which was a bit overwhelming. I personally prefer a simpler process where I receive the details and can just turn up without needing to track multiple message.

Location

Room should have hoovered carpet. I was surprised thar I found rubbish on floor.

The studio was pristine, airy and spacious. The location too was very convenient to the city centre

Considering it was spacious there was no table with chairs to dine on. One of us had to sit on the bed with a plate on the bedside table, the other at the desk . The tv is also unviewable from the bed, again having to sit on the edge of the bed to watch it but proved uncomfortable after a short period. Would have taken a tablet and streamed if we had known. The room was not planned for a couple who wish to self cater. Probably okay for single person ordering in. Shame as it was in excellent condition.

Breakfast wasn't provided and location area it's been alright and quite.

Transition for access and price tag!

It looks exactly like the photos, still very new and was clean. I enjoyed the stay.

There is currently no lifts so if you have heavy bags you need to carry it up the stairs which wasn’t as convenient.

The room was comfortable and it had all I needed. There is also a laundry inside teh flat. Room nice with nice colours . Manual with all the instructions on how to use the electrics machine and connect to WiFi very appreciated.

The location of the flat is nit quiete. On sunday nightthere was a long que of taxi and soe of them honked the horn even at 2am. The street is dirty with some rats as well. In general not a safe place on the outside.
