The view is stunning and location very convenient.

The distant parking, it's advertised as free onsite parking. Once booked it turns out it's 10 minutes walk away. And your instructions are unclear exactly where parking space is for people you haven't grasped 3 words. Parked in wrong space but corrected by a man who pointed out our parking space. Also the toilet cistern kept running with water requiring manual intervention. Happened to see maintenance man and reported it to him.

This property is all about location. It’s where the buzz of Dartmouth is happening. The views from the sitting room are amazing. The little balcony perfect for evening drinks and snacks while taking in the view.

The stair carpet was grubby in more than one place I slept in one of the single beds. Spongy soft mattress, cheap bedding and unimaginative decor.

We loved the position of the apartment and the balcony, which overlooked the estuary directly.

The shower room was a little outdated, but workable.

location was good. Accommodation was tired looking in places especially the shower cubicle. Doors have had a battering & shows signs of needing attention. Not worth the £756 paid for three nights

The apartment was suitable and well equipped for a couple of days and the views were beautiful and interesting to watch. The beds were comfy.

Having to fetch the car park ticket from the apartment was a pain as there is nowhere to park at the time of arrival which means parking up in the public car park and then walking down with your luggage and the stairs are rather steep (we are elderly) and then reversing this at the end of the stay took the edge off the stay. A shelf would be useful in the bathroom as there is nowhere to put anything. Otherwise this was a comfortable stay, very convenient for shops and the ferry, although for us the distance to the car park was an issue. Perhaps supplying a print off version of the car park ticket would be helpful to cut out the need the collect it before you can park and on departure there would be no need to return back with it. A king size bed in the main bedroom would be lovely too!

La douche : système archaïque. Le chauffage central pas opérationnel. Heureusement, fin Avril, n'était pas nécessaire. Pas de brosse de toilettes qu'il a fallu réclamer. Pas de balai pour enlever les miettes dans le salaon
