Very clean

No heating or hot water after 16 hours on a two day stay, did try to contact host, but no response, however two heaters supplied , plug in bathroom sink did not fit.

Location was nice

Main bed was not sleep able at all. Throw the mattress away. Heating was set to bare minimum. No block out blinds, street lights shining into the bedroom

Good location, cost went up 40 pounds from one day to the next but still not bad value. Decent flat to stay in.

Had to give the floors a clean when we got there had been cleaned but it was sticky. and anything we cooked with had to be cleaned not the hosts fault though. Bedding had been washed and was clean but had stuff stuck to the sheet so rewashed it. The bed could have been comfier.

El alojamiento tiene varios puntos positivos entre los cuales destacar la ubicación entre Manchester y Liverpool que permite tener buena base de operaciones con amplia zona privada de aparcamiento. Puedes visitar sitios interesante además de las dos ciudades indicadas como York, Chester, Conwy, Blackpool,.. en un radio no demasiado alejado. Además el apartamento es grande, la calefacción funcionaba bien una vez la encendías y en general era todo bueno.

Se podría mejorar para tener una mejor puntuación lo siguiente escribo en relación al apartamento 3: hay una descompensación en la zona de comedor-cocina con dos sofas grandes que ocupan demasiado espacio y mesa con solo dos sillas demasiado pequeña (sobra un sofa y falta una mesa más grande con una silla más). El mueble de la televisión es inestable, igualmente lo cambiaba. No había productos básicos a la llegada como papel higiénico que se tuvo que pedir y trajeron eso sí rápidamente. No había productos como champú para pelo, estropajo para lavar platos y al no haberlo las sartenes estaban sucias. Son pequeños detalles sin apenas valor económico que harían la estancia más agradable a los clientes. Por lo demás totalmente recomendable y con buena calidad-precio viendo como esta el mercado en la zona.

There was nothing to like in the property

There was no heating, no hot water, no gas and did not get rectified even after mentioning to the owner, very unprofessional and have no sense or urgency , seems like they knew about the problem beforehand and did not take any action on it

Hosts were good with communication and price was good for a double and single bedroom

Wasn't as clean as I would have liked, the cutlery draw and fridge were a bit grim, there was a packet of half eaten cake left in one of the kitchen cupboards. No sponge in the kitchen sink etc. Double room is very cramped and difficult if there are two of you. The cords on the binds in the single and the living room were missing, so we had to stand on tip toes and manually wind them up. No lock on the bathroom door.
